Saulé Westenholz har en M.Sc. i Specialundervisning og er certificert ESDM Trainer igennem UC Davis MIND institute, den eneste og officielle udbyder af ESDM certificering. Saulé er kan certificere andre fagpersoner i metoden. Saulé har gennemført ESDM Parent Coaching kursus og bruger tilgangen i arbejdet med forældre.

Udover ESDM, er Saulé en akkrediteret PACT (Paediatric Autism Communication Therapy) terapeut. Saulé har interesse for spiseudfordringer hos børn med autisme og er uddannet i bl. a. SOS Approach to Feeding.

Saulé leverer supervision og individuelle undervisningsforløb til forældre, som ønsker at igangsætte en tidlig behandlingsindsats i hjemmet for deres barn med autisme. Saulé afholder workshops og foredrag om lege-baseret autismebehandling, samt underviser og superviserer fagpersoner i ESDM.

Saulé ser barnets trivsel og den langsigtede udvikling som centrale i indsatsens udformning. For Saulé er det vigtigt at man i behandlingen har respekt for barnet og familiens værdier og at man bygger på den tætte relation mellem barnet og forældrene.

Amy Muetterties holds a Master in Education from the University of Washington in Seattle. She has several years of experience in early intervention focused on ESDM and play based teaching approaches to working with children with autism. Amy has worked with children from ages 2 years to 18 years of age within both home and school settings. She has provided individualized therapy, supervision to other therapists, and parent training.

Aligned with the ESDM, Amy strongly believes early intervention should focus on naturalistic teaching opportunities to support developmental growth. In addition, the close relationship fostered while working within home settings allows for the most appropriate and highly motivating learning environment for the child. Through supervision and an individualized treatment plan, goals are tailored for every child and their family.

Amy also holds a Master in Social Work which has led to working with children with comorbid diagnoses of ADHD and anxiety disorders alongside autism. Her interest is in seeking out therapeutic ways to address these disorders.

Sara Nir er på sit sidste år af psykologistudiet på Københavns Universitet. Sara har flere års praktisk erfaring med implementering af ESDM. Sara varetager ESDM assessments og assisterer i udarbejdelsen af udviklingsplaner.
